The living room has a 10 foot ceiling with large windows overlooking the Rosebery Bay. These windows face east filling the room with morning sun but keeping it cool in the afternoon. The Larch plank flooring is covered by a hand woven, natural dyed rug. My Textile collection, artwork and family antiques add to the eclectic nature and warmth of this room.

The kitchen overlooks the living room. It features Hickory Shaker cupboards, granite counter tops, tin ceiling and wood stove. From the center of the kitchen there is a view to the East to Rosebery Bay, South across the Slocan Lake, and South West up the lake for a view of the evening sun sets while standing at the corner sink.

The Dining Room/Library houses two gate leg tables, the computer and the reference library. It overlooks the Slocan Lake and is a beautiful place to eat. All lectures are done at the larger oval gate leg table in the center of the room.
