The Screened Porch faces both the Rosebery Bay and the Slocan Lake. It is accessed from the dining room/library. Because of the elevation, it is like being in a tree house. Eagles regularly fly by level with the porch as they make their way up the lake. Since it has morning sun, it is a great place to have a leisurely coffee/tea to start the day.
The Front Entry also houses the laundry room with energy efficient, front loading, washer and dryer. The 10' ceilings and windows surrounding the 8' high door give plenty of light and space to this laundry area.
